Great place to stay. Extremely clean, well appointed, plenty of room to move around even though the bed is in the common space. Loved my stay here.

This is a perfect spot if you want to be in the river arts district. Super easy to get to downtown Asheville from here. 8 min drive. Wish we had known unit was on third floor and not an elevator. But it was not a major issue. Would recommend to friends and we will likely return to this rental again. Thx

A very spacious studio, comfortable and immaculately clean. It’s located a few minutes away (by car) from downtown. There were some complimentary snacks and tea/coffee and everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. Parking and access were easy. I would stay here again.

River Row Flats is perfect for an Asheville long weekend. The location is perfect, walkable to multiple restaurants and breweries. We recommend and we will be back.

Perfect spot for an Asheville overnight! We stopped in town for one night and this apartment exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-furnished but simple, modern/sleek, comfortable, roomy bed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, basic cooking needs, large fridge. The place was more spacious than I expected overall. We didn’t walk to things since it was pretty hot outside, but in cooler weather you definitely could easily. 5-minutes or less drive from multiple great restaurants, breweries, and things to see. Not much of a view, but thankfully quiet (even though it seemed like most of the units were occupied). The local coffee was a nice touch! Definitely would come back again.

River Row Flats are located in a pretty sweet spot. Seemed to be five minutes from everything. And then proximity to new Belgium was awesome! Would stay again

This place was a great choice and even a little bit of surprise. Great bed, operable slider was perfect for fresh air and walkable trails are right out the front door. If you are a fan of New Belgium Brewery you could not have a better location.

Handy to restaurants

Easy to find and close to so many different activities. Checking in and out is a breeze. Very cozy. I could barely hear my neighbors at any time and even though it’s close to the interstate, I could never hear it. I will be staying here again.

A Psycho property manager has insulted and harassed us as we were out of the apartment on the way to the car, screaming out so that the entire street and other tenants could witness, that she has oversold the unit for the early check-in and that a few minutes extra it took us to get out of the Studio size unit due to the emergency we had to deal with was the biggest disaster of her life. While I was dealing with the emergency my partner cleaned the kitchen, ran dishes and collected all the trash to make sure we would help them with cleaning a bit but she started insulting us before even getting to the unit and inspecting it, threatening us how she would leave us a bad review etc. Crazy

Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she is just unprofessional by nature but I would never stay there again as I was absolutely horrified by the check out experience.

Also, they say that dogs are not allowed but every single person we saw staying there had a dog, so not sure what the big deal is

Clean, bright, open and in a great location! The bed and pillows were super comfortable, kitchen well stocked and it was nice to have the patio door open for a breeze. Nice local touch to provide coffee from the shop nearby!

Our first time staying at River Row Flats was ideal. Affordable rate and great location. Parking was never an issue. Seamless check in/out experience with clear guidance and instructions provided in advance. Clean interior, full kitchen area and large bathroom in an open, natural light-filled studio apartment layout with an easy-to-use smart TV facing the comfy king size bed.

Amazing space, comfortable bed, spacious gorgeous bathroom… we usually stay in a house about 15 minutes from downtown so this was a breath of fresh air! Literally 5 minutes to the parking decks downtown! We enjoyed our stay on the 3rd floor with our 4 year old. Parking was easy and plentiful. Only complaint was the spotty WiFi but we’d definitely stay here again!

Convenient to both downtown and West Asheville. Clean and cosy with easy checkin and delicious coffee and chocolate treats. Thank you!

The unit was clean and certainly set up as a short term rental. Proximity to town is good.
If you are looking for a home like setting, this is not the place. It is a modern stark apartment.

Great location and very spacious!

We booked this place since it was close proximity to the Biltmore. Being right across the street from New Belgium and super close to downtown was great and a lot of fun. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Biltmore which was very easy.

River row flats will be the first place I look to book if we ever end up in Asheville again.

The flat was conveniently located close to downtown. Uber was very easy to get at this location. It’s a short walk to a lovely brewery on the river. Biltmore is just a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this location for your next trip to Asheville.

River Row Flats was great! Awesome location right across the street from New Belgium Brewery. The place was decorated nicely and the bed and pillows are SO comfortable! Very walkable for the River Arts District and beyond if you feel like walking! We couldn't find the apartment and Nancy promptly answered our call past 8pm and stayed with us on the phone until we found the place.

This is a perfect spot in AVL! The riverfront is a wonderful walking experience and popping into downtown AVL is a breeze. The room is super clean; it feels brand new - with chocolates and local coffee awaiting you. Don’t pass up this spot!

The flat was perfect! We loved the location, the space, cleanliness, and the special touches including fresh local coffee and chocolate. Check-in was super easy, the bed was comfortable, and it was furnished with everything we needed.

This location was amazing. The pictures are exactly what you get, a lovely Asheville get away close to everything you want to experience in Asheville. It’s was both cozy, classy, and incredibly well priced. We had a lovely time and would recommend this location to anyone traveling to The Asheville area. You won’t find a better room, at a better rate and better location.

This place was great! We had a rental car and was really close driving proximity for everything. 6-8 minutes from downtown. Right behind a brewery too. Has everything one might need if they were going to stay longer than a weekend such as cooking utensils, plates, pots and pans etc.. would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at River Row Flats. It was so close to downtown - maybe a 5 minute drive, yet we still were able to have a beautiful, clean room with a full kitchen and laundry. Great communication and very clean. We will def. be back!

We had a great experience at River Row Flats. We liked that it was in a quiet area but still close to New Belgium, Wedge, and Ultra Coffee.
