How do I get to River Row Flats?

From I-240 E/I-26 W, take exit 3B toward Westgate. Turn right onto Craven Connector, then left onto Hazel Mill Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto Craven Street. We are on the right (82 Craven St).

From I-240 W, take exit 3B toward Westgate. Turn right into Westgate Shopping Center, then curve around right, through the parking lot to connect to Westgate Parkway. Follow Westgate Parkway to turn left on Craven Connector. From there, turn left onto Hazel Mill Road. At the next intersection, turn right onto Craven Street. We are on the right (82 Craven St).

How do I check in?

It’s simple! You’ll receive an email with complete check-in instructions, including your keyless entry code, 24 hours prior to arrival.

What happens if I don’t receive an email for check-in?

No worries, just contact our property manager, Nancy Chick, at 828-735-3375, and she’ll make sure you receive all the necessary information.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes! Our first-floor units can accommodate up to two pets (maximum 60 lbs. each) with a $50 pet fee.

Is daily housekeeping available?

No need to clean on your vacation! You can request daily housekeeping for a $25.00 fee per day.

Is there laundry on-site?

Yes! We have coin-operated washers and dryers. They are located on the ground floor with our healthy choice vending machine.

Can I check out later than 11:00?

Late check-out (by 1 p.m.) is available. Just go to the “Services” tab on your in-room Your Welcome tablet to submit the request.

Do I need to do anything to the room at check-out time?

Not a thing! Our housekeeping staff takes care of all cleaning at check-out, including the linens and the dishes.
