Loved walking along the river which was easily accessed from this unit; only a 2-minute drive to Archetype Brewing where we also had dinner. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for my one-night stay for work. This experience was certainly better than any Hilton I've stayed at. Very clean and cozy. This place will be my go to spot when I am in Ashville from now on!

We had a lovely stay at River Row Flats. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the snacks and coffee were appreciated. Also the cream, sugar and tea was great! The TV was nice and the full kitchen was very handy.

Great location in the River Arts District. Very near New Belgium brewery which was a fun tour. Lots of restaurants nearby, some walkable but a very quick drive if you can find parking! Nice that this place has its own parking lot. Great stay!

This location is right across the river from the River Arts district, across the street from New Belgium Brewery and a very short drive to the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, the complex was quiet and it was nice to have a spot to park the car! Great location and perfect for 1 person or a couple for a few days!

The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our very short stay. Wish we could have availed ourselves of its location--convenient to the River Arts District, restaurants, bars and the brewery.

GREAT location. Easy process from start to finish. A hotel feel but with an Airbnb experience. Flexible check-in options available. The kitchen is well stocked. Local coffee offering was a nice touch! An easy well lit walk to the Salvage Station and/or New Belgium Brewery.
Comfortable bed and epic shower head. The tub is deep enough for an enjoyable bath. The sliding glass door to the juliet balcony was well used. Looking forward to returning!

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the River Arts District and beautiful walking trails. I really enjoyed going for an early morning walk and finding a pop up coffee shop that I had bookmarked on my places to visit in Asheville. Do not miss out on The Bon Cafe while you are there!

My partner and I got up to watch the sunrise on blue ridge parkway and couldn’t get back into the apartment when we got back at around 7:30am because the door wasn’t unlocking with the code. We messaged the property and heard back from them pretty quickly and was able to get in by just moving the handle down, up, and back down again. Worked like normal after that.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I loved all their thoughtful extras they left in the kitchen for us.

Very glad I got to end my trip to Asheville in this perfect location that was so close to so many great places.

We only stayed a couple of nights but would choose this place again if we were staying in Asheville. The apartment was spacious and nice with a great kitchen and bathroom. It was not in the hubbub of downtown but was close to downtown as well as the River Arts district. It was quiet and a lovely place to stay.

We came for a show at the Grey Eagle and decided to try staying in the River Arts District. We loved the quiet location, walks along the River, and the bars/restaurants along the way. It’s a totally different experience than downtown that is packed with people, but only a quick Uber ride away. Our flat was modern, well furnished , and clean. Would stay here again.

Love the location, there were a few loud neighbors but the comfort and location of the place makes it worth it. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay! It was right across the street from New Belgium Brewing and just a couple minute walk to the trail along the river. Downtown was a short driving distance away. The place was pristine and had great natural lighting. Highly recommend booking this place!

I stayed here for two nights while on a work trip to Asheville. It was perfect and more space than I needed. Great furnishings, very comfortable bed, and overall wonderful space.

The place was clean but across the street from a brewery that was very busy on the weekend we were there. Same size as a hotel room and about the same cost. Have to drive to downtown or any other POI.

Great for two people - close to everything! We only traveled 5-10 mins to get to anything we wanted to do. Place was clean. If you’re a super light sleeper, the noise you hear from neighbors may bother you but it didn’t interrupt our sleep at all. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place for a visit to Asheville. Right across from New Belgium Brewing, walkable to arts district and even downtown, walkable coffee shop, 5 minute drive to all other downtown spots. Super spacious for a couple and a pull out if you need more sleeping room. Super clean and updated. Highly recommend!

For the price you really can’t beat this location, especially if you’re wanting to hit the river arts area, west Asheville, and downtown. Everything in those areas is within a 7 minute drive. Ubers here are so cheap its worth it to not pay the $$ to stay right in the middle of downtown or at a hotel. Place was as described and very clean. Essentially just a nice hotel room/suite. Walls a bit thin which is to be expected but other than that, no complaints.

Everything was great! The only negative was mold in the coffee maker from not being emptied but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at River Row Flats. The flat was clean, modern, and conveniently located. West Asheville is just a few minutes away and we walked to get coffee in the River Arts District. Plus, New Belgium is right across the street. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway and we would definitely come back for another stay.

We had a great stay at this unit. The bed was super comfortable, the furnishings were updated and clean, and the local coffee and chocolate that were provided upon check-in was a very nice welcoming touch. As other reviews have mentioned, you can sometimes hear the people in other units move around but this was very minimal for our trip and didn't impact our stay at all - not a game changer. Ubers were accessible and it didn't take more than 10 or so minute to get into town. New Belgium and the walking path along the river being right across the road was an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

River row flats was a great location just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville but in very close proximity to several local attractions. We were always able to get a ride share quickly and enjoy many local breweries, shops and food. Would definitely book again!

The apartment was immaculate and we appreciated the newer appliances. Checkin was a breeze. Kitchen had everything you’d need and the location was great. We spent a lot of time in the studios and galleries in the River Arts District but it was an easy trip to downtown and to the Biltmore. The only thing to be aware of is the fact that the walls/ceilings are thin- we could hear our upstairs neighbors throughout the evening when we were home. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay in Asheville and we would stay there again.

River Row Flats is the perfect location for beer drinkers and not far from downtown. I would stay again and recommend to anyone planning to visit Asheville.

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay in Asheville and River Row Flats was able to quickly provided us with booking and check information. The space is a 5 min Uber from downtown and within walking distance of the river arts district. Very clean and well stocked. Would love to return when we’re able to stay longer.

This was a very clean, new building. There were lovely touches such as many new appliances (e.g. coffee maker, dishwasher, etc). The view is of New Belgium Brewery which looks very industrial. This is a perfect place if you plan to be out and about a lot, as it is a little unit. Only notes that I would have liked to know before staying is that the walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper or noise bothers you, this may not be the unit for your trip.

Such a nice and cute air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. It is a bit noisy, you’re close to the road and walls are a bit thin, but really didn’t bother us much. Such a nice experience!

Hands down the cleanest place we’ve stayed at in years. Grandma approved. (I notice all those little shower crevices they miss….but absolutely nothing I could point out here.) The area is quiet and in a cool, hip residential area.
Yes, as other reviews mention you can hear footsteps sometimes from upstairs guests. But nothing so loud it woke me up. I never heard TVs through the walls or other guest’s voices.
The property manager, Nancy, is on the premises daily and was immediately responsive to any questions we sent by text.
Walking distance to River Arts District, and about a 10-15 minutes drive to downtown.
I’ve already recommended River Row to some friends. They have pet friendly spaces on the bottom floor as well.

Great place and location. Right across from the New Belgium brewery and close to restaurants. We brought our bikes and road the French Broad Greenway which had an access point right near the Airbnb. Also it is close to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Great response time and instructions from the host.

River Row Flats was an excellent spot to stay in Asheville. Close to everything! The space was very neat and clean. Easy to get in, park, and enjoyed the space.

However, the only negative was the sound proofing. If you are a light sleeper, I would avoid this location completely. The walls are paper thin. The guests above us were up until 1am and we could hear every step, every shift of furniture… you get the gist. If there’s a dog on the property that barks a lot… you’ll know exactly where they are located. We ended up leaving a night early due to this factor. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Five stars, five stars, five stars! These flats are gorgeous, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and has such a great vibe. We honestly loved everything about the setup at River Row and would 100% stay here again. You can't go wrong with this spot. Thanks to the manager, cleaning folks, and anyone working on the property. It's a true gem.

A great space for a weekend or week long trip! So close to a lot! Decent size with everything you need. Really stylish. The only con is that the walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty well. Also the TV is a bit finicky in regards to connecting to the WiFi.

A fantastic space in a beautiful spot. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We loved being next to the river and walking the greenway, stopping at Wedge and White Duck Taco for some of our favorites. We also tried the Smoky Park Supper Club nearby and it was delicious.

Great stay! Excellent location.. only about 5 minutes from downtown. Right down the road from White Duck Taco and you could walk to New Belgium Brewery (brewery unfortunately was not open for dine-in while we there)!
