We just keep coming back! love this place for the brewery and being close to the Grey Eagle venue.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Asheville. Parking was easy, the River Arts district was in walking distance, and the room was spotless when we arrived. I would highly recommend booking, especially if you are traveling with a dog. The little touches like the dog bed and water bowl made it feel so welcoming.

Enjoyed this stay! Quick walk to New Belgium brewing co. and the start line for our half marathon at Hi-Wire Brewing Co. Clean space and very at-home feels. Owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

We had a very short stay but it was convenient and clean!

They were awesome and helped us because our daughter was in hospital. Thank you for all the good rest. We loved the bed.

Have stayed here a few times and enjoy the location and easy in/out. Always clean and staff is very friendly when there is a need to interact.

This is a cute stay. The place was super clean, easy to find, and just a short drive or long walk from the River Arts District.

Just beware- the WiFi was a bit glitchy, and there was only one comfy spot to sit. Both my husband and I were working during the day, so this was a bit of a challenge. Whoever wasn’t on camera sat on the bed. (There is a sofa, but it’s hard to get out of).

I enjoyed a nice bubble bath, and the kitchen was well provisioned. All in all it was a good stay.

The suite was clean and beautiful. We had a great restful night as we passed through Asheville on a business trip.

Listing looks just like the photos and the size is accurately depicted as well. The host left a bag of local coffee for us to try which was a nice, highly appreciated touch. This may not be a deal breaker to most, but it is very bright at night due to the streetlights, even with the curtains drawn closed.

my wife and I often com asheville to get away. We had never stayed west of the river but this time we said lets try it. River Row Flats is right next to New Belgium and very close to (walking distance) the River Arts District. we are just a short drive to West Asheville which is lovely. We will be back

Honestly this was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had! They sent instructions early that were thorough & clear. I was able to easily check in with zero problems. The space was just like the photos, clean, and super comfortable. Checkout was equally painless & quick. The only slight concern I had at one point was a barking dog mid afternoon, but it turned out not to be an issue at any other time. Would definitely come back!

Great location across from New Belgium Brewing Co. and park, and near River Arts District, farmer's markets, etc. It was a great layout with a hard-to-find king bed. Would definitely recommend and return.

Clean! A few insect friends. It’s surrounded by a wooded area a as ms I was on ground level - so not really surprising. Nicely appointed and even though I had trouble entering, the host was very responsive and was able to reset the door code quickly.

River Row Flats is a great place to stay, it is clean, updated , and convenient. We only stayed one night but it has everything you need to stay longer. The communication with the host was very clear and easy. There was some noise from cars since the location is on the road so if you are looking for peaceful it might not be the place, but the location is perfect. You can walk to New Belgium brewery and 5 -10 min drive to everything else!

We really enjoyed our stay at River row flats. Very dog friendly but also the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Walkable to the river and walking path, and New Belgium brewery. We look forward to our next stay.

We loved being so close to New Belgium and so many other attractions/restaurants. The space was bright and clean and had everything you would need for your stay.

Beautiful place!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in the building at this location. We have been in different rooms each time but each seem very similar. They are clean, have everything you need and the location is great. If you bring your pups the rooms are set up for them and their is a nice area to take them for walks to use the bathroom in back, or for lunch across the street at the brewery.

Had an amazing time! Room was extremely clean and great location. Tons of parking around as well and 5 mins from town.

Location is great! Walking distance to new belgium and white duck taco. We took our pups for a stroll along the greenway as well. Check in/out was easy. Good communication. Would stay again.

Location, location , amenities !!!

Really enjoyed our long weekend at the River Row Flats. The host was very communicative and responsive. The unit is quite spacious for a studio, updated and very clean. It also also a nice location outside the city, but with easy access by car, uber, or walking to everything. The only downside is that there is a fair amount of noise from the cars going by on the street, but there is not much that can be done about that. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again if in the area.

RUDE HOST AND THE WORST WIFI. Seriously the wifi is terrible and we didn’t get wifi about 90% of time and when we did it would cut off , she did leave instructions on what to do which at that point just fix it . ( i had a meeting and had to go to a cafe as i travel for work ) . I love staying in Asheville but the host is extremely disrespectful and rude when you are even 3 mins after check out and don’t even think about leaving anything important and asking to grab it because she will let you know what an inconvenience it is and be extremely disrespectful and get upset that you had to sit there and wait for her to come unlock the room . The code didn’t work when we got there so we had to wait for her to fix it and the A/C doesn’t go below 65 ???? Never again , the location is convenient but dealing with that again I will definitely pass.

10/10 customer service, cleanliness, and overall stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone. They even had a dog bed for use! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Flats. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. We enjoyed walking along the river and visiting New Belgium brewing which was just across the street.

Was amazed at how close this complex is to downtown! Super clean and well stocked! One of the nicest stays we have had along our route from AZ to NC! Bed was big and comfy and our 2 year old slept comfortably on the couch (which also pulls out if needed). Hoping to come back and stay again when not pregnant so my husband and I can enjoy the brewery and bars downtown and take a short Uber back for the night!

We really enjoyed our stay at the River Row Flats. It's a great location about a ten-minute drive to downtown and fifteen minutes to Biltmore. When we didn't want to drive, we could get an Uber at a reasonable price. The brewery across the street opened up an additional area by the river and is definitely something you want to check out. On the weekend they have a couple of food trucks out front if you want a bite to eat. The dogs loved the dog area and it was super convenient to walk them. Next time we will definitely look into tubing down the river, it looked like so much fun!

Another great stay at River Row Flats. Great communication, incredibly easy check-in, clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to New Belgium, White Duck Tacos, the greenway along the French Broad, the River Arts District and the heart of West AVL. Highly recommend!

This is by far one of our favorite, quality stays! They were quick to communicate, provided everything we needed, and easy directions. The inside was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Both my husband and I enjoyed finding this gem!

Our dog had a grassy area out back as well which was welcomed.

Probably the best airbnb I've stayed in! Our room - the Namaste room was the perfect studio apartment. Great kitchen, great king bed, great lounging area. My Labrador loved it as well. The backyard was perfect for a short walk...a nice parking area - and the proximity to the River District and the river park made it so easy to take great walks and take in the district. Could not have been a better stay!

This is a studio apartment that is very modern and very clean. Nice perks like local chocolates and coffee. Free laundry machines on site which we id not use, but that is a plus for longer stays. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It is a 10-minute drive to River Arts District or Biltmore Village so location is good, but not too walkable except for the Belgian Ale Brewery across the street. We stayed 2 days in off-season (late February) and many downtown restaurants were not open on Mon-Wed. There are still plenty to visit for good food, so not a real problem.

Always a great place to stay and unwind with a New Belgium beer! We'll be back again 🙂

Stay here every year, same room and all. Great for pets, pet area is well maintained. Secure, safe and best location to everything AVL has to offer.

What a great place to stay in Asheville. Location is ideal, just a short drive to everything we wanted to do. We were right across the street from New Belgium Brewery and found we had the perfect starting place to spend a day enjoying breweries in the South Slope area and the River Arts District. I would highly suggest it for couples looking for a little more space than a hotel - a great studio stay! Parking was easy, everything necessary was provided and the bed was comfy! If it’s available, consider it a great find!

Great space - much larger than a hotel room but not too much more space beyond that. Perfect for two and a dog with enough stuff to travel cross country with. Lovely size kitchen and awesome parking spaces.

This spot was perfect! The location was a dream, and it was so clean inside, with all of the amenities we needed. We didn’t realize that there was an additional dog fee, but the management was quick to communicate. We will definitely be back!

The studio was well equipped for all of our needs. We took our two kids and dog, and we loved it! Perfect distance to basically any part of Asheville, and walkable to the riverside, New Belgium, and the River Arts district. Absolutely would book again!

Great experience, would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Walking distance to a lot of places in the art district. In a very quite location. Although it’s next to a road you couldn’t hear a thing. Very responsive host that was willing to help with anything needed.

I really did not like that the windows don’t open. The weather was gorgeous in Asheville while I was there and I might have spent some time at the flat working or eating if I could have opened the windows.

This property is a great location but it has a very corporate/ hotel feel to it and it’s not exactly what I was expecting and definitely not what I was looking for.

I’ll be back to Asheville and the next time I’ll stay in a single family house.

Oh- and the WiFi is really slow.

But again, great location and very clean, Nancy the property manger was communicative, there’s nothing really wrong with this place- just not what i was looking for to experience Asheville.

We had a great time at the River Row Flats! The room is spacious & comfortable. The lights outside are bright but the black out curtains are very effective. It was nice to have a full kitchen. We are still being cautious so we were able to order in & warm up food in the room.

It is a convenient location - right across the street from the brewery or a short walk over the bridge to the studios in the River Arts District. There are nice walking trails on both sides of the river. It’s a super quick drive to downtown as well.

The property manager was very nice & answered promptly when we had a question.

Thanks for the stay! The room was very clean and modern which we love and had everything we needed except windows with a view of anything and a front door that opened. I was feeling a bit claustrophobic.

Literally cannot beat this place! We are already wanting to go back. The host was amazing!!! So helpful and kind. The location is directly across the street from the New Belgium brewery and a cheap Uber ride to The Biltmore and downtown. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The decor of the place was so super cute too. Absolutely loved this place. Book it and have a blast!

Pros:
Finishes look nice and the location is great. It was walkable to the arts district and downtown, located right on paths with direct access to running and bike trails along the River. Also close to some nice restaurants and shops on Haywood street and West Asheville. Comfortable king bed with plenty of pillows. Plenty of towels. Quick communication from manager.
Cons:
Needing quarters for the two washer and dryers shared by all 12 units was a bit annoying. Also, the door out to the front of the building was broken in our unit. This would have been nice for letting the dogs out quickly or letting in some fresh air. Hot water was out one morning.

Wonderful place with great, quick communication from the host, unbeatable location 15 minutes walking/2 minutes driving to river arts district, literally across the street from New Belgium Brewery. the room was clean with all necessities needed, minimal/modern/boho style, luxurious king size bed, and easy access code entry. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

First of all, it was really clean and everything (e.g., air conditioning, water, light, amenity) works well. The location was close to the river art district, so it was really easy to travel there. This place made my Asheville trip much better!

Excellent location for River Arts Studios, walking trail and less than 10 minutes into downtown Asheville. Don't know if all flats are alike, as ours was an Airbnb property. Full kitchen and fully functional. Comfy bed. Only negative was a most uncomfortable sofa for sitting. We were mostly out and about, so not a huge issue for us.

Loved the location! We were able to walk from the flat across the bridge to the River Arts District and evening walked to downtown. The space was perfect for a little getaway!

Asheville is a great place to visit and the River Row Flats is particularly well-positioned to visit the many drink, food, and arts options on the west side of town. The space itself was clean and very functional—a fine base camp if you plan to mostly be out on the town or enjoying the outdoors. The hosts were also kind enough to supply a local discount card that can be used throughout the city.

That said, although the kitchen and bathroom were nice and well-stocked,the living space was not terribly comfortable. The couch was shallow and felt distressed, the bureau drawers were unsupported, and the bed (while comfortable) was uneven and shook. The host was apologetic when I reported these issues and did offer to send someone to fix (we declined since we had our dog with us).

Admittedly, most of these issues should be easy to fix, at which point I would fully recommend a stay here.

This was a great spot to rent in the perfect location. I spent every day walking between the different parts of Ashville and was right along the river which has a great walking path. The place itself was super clean, well decorated and had everything needed for a good stay. I spent a week there and was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy to get to all amenities in Downtown, West Asheville, and RAD. Overall a very pleasant stay, we would stay here again.
