Clean and cozy room to stay in. The bed is very comfortable and there are great amenities in the unit. Walking distance to the New Belgium Brewery is a plus!!

Enjoyed our stay for the most part until checkout. House cleaning was disrespectful and started banging on door at 11. Spoke to us in an elevated tone in terms of needing to check out when she could obviously see we were getting the car packed. Called manager outside of our room to make it obvious she was calling to say we checked out 10 minutes late. Manager answered telling us it was caught on camera etc. Overall good location but that really made it an undesirable place to stay. Otherwise location nice and apartments were clean and quiet.

River Flats unit 103 was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect place for our stay in Asheville.....very clean, well furnished, brand new condition, and in a great location. I would highly recommend River Flats.

Great stay in Asheville with easy access to the downtown area and The Biltmore!

We love The River Row Flats! We have stayed here several times! Prior to being parents it was a great short drive to all the great breweries and restaurants in Asheville. Bringing along our fur baby, it’s a short jaunt to river access for some river fetch! Bringing along our 2 year old child, it made for ease in fun as New Belgium has a huge turf lawn, a midweek market, and delicious food trucks (and delicious drinks) for us to relax and enjoy some slow afternoons in Asheville!

Other noteworthy perks, we got a pet friendly flat and that made it easy to care of our labradoodle during our stay without compromising convenience and ease!

The RRF vacation rentals are in a wonderful location, just minutes from downtown via car and walkable to a lovely brewery with river views. The apartment itself was extremely clean and updated with fantastic amenities such as floss sticks, mouth wash, local coffee, and internet-connected TV. Nancy was also great to communicate with!

There were a couple of things that we noticed during our stay. When we first arrived, it looked like there was a hole in the window next to the couch on the outer part of the glass. Not sure what caused it! It was also very cold in the place when we first arrived and it took a bit to warm it up. The walls are also VERY thin. You can hear everything from every direction, so light sleepers, beware.

Overall, would certainly stay again next time we visit Asheville!

Fantastic location by the trail and brewery. This was perfect for my dog and I respectively. Would definitely stay here again when in town.

Great spot with our dog! 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to downtown, plus very close to west ashevilles own little downtown. Room is clean, kitchen was nice for making breakfast. Host is great, responsive and a dog lover. Best part is 35 min drive to the black mountains/Pisgah.

This place is in a fantastic location. Staying directly across from New Belgium was so fun, not to mention being so close to West Asheville and the many many things nearby. Nancy was extremely responsive and check in and check out were easy!

We’ll kept, clean and Nancy is very responsive. Couple things that were big draw backs for me. There was absolutely no view available from the room which felt confining for me. Finally, the walls in the building give NO privacy. You can hear everything your neighbour is doing and traffic from road.

We loved our stay at River Row Flats. Right across the street from New Belgium, and a hop skip and a jump into West Asheville, and right off of the greenway, the apartments were definitely in a prime location. We had the chance to walk into the River Arts District in the morning for coffee/donuts and found ourselves exploring the surrounding West Asheville area during our stay. The accommodations were quiet, clean, and cozy. Super comfortable bed, and loved being able to bring our pup. Bonus - awesome shower! Definitely going to consider staying here again in the future on our next Asheville visit.

I live in town, but stayed at River Row Flats during the water outage in Asheville. From the beginning, Nancy was responsive and accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. The place was spotless and nicely/minimally decorated (no weird tchotske stuff), and it was well-equipped. Location is as advertised: New Belgium is across the street, and the restaurants and galleries in Ricer Arts was a 10-min walk. The best part? Checking out was extremely straightforward; didn't have to do chores or anything like that. Great value and highly recommend for an Asheville stay.

Great spot located in an amazing part of the city. Like other reviewers, the walls are thin and some noise can be hard. But it’s a small price to pay for a great location. Can’t beat it!

We were impressed by how well adorned with thoughtful touches these studio units offer. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything or asked for local recommendations of things to do and where to eat. Very professional and would stay here again as the value is good. We liked how close to town and convenient it was to explore the area at large. Highly recommend an Asheville visit!

Perfect location! We were able to walk to multiple breweries and restaurants/coffee shops. Safe and pet friendly! Very spacious inside. Loved it here!

Location was great near a local brewery and walking trails. The toilet seat was loose when we arrived and was replaced when we contacted the staff. We would've liked to have had additional hand towels and parking could be tricky at times. Very pet friendly accommodations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall Great stay.Super Clean spacious modern room. Great beautiful safe location. Building faces brewery. 1st floor has street access unfortunately no sight lines of river. Nice amenities. Easy check in/code access. Shower Water heat slightly sporadic. Internet Tv froze up often. There is a noise level protocol which is good in case of severe issues but in general could hear other occupants movements,traffic, and pets during day. Would reccomend best for groups/families budget wise.

Really conveniently located, we even walked some nights to downtown or West Asheville. Having New Belgium Brewery right down the street was also really nice.

The place was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful any time we requested assistance. It was a little tight for two of us to work remotely from the kitchen counter. The wifi connection was a little shaky on the Smart TV but fortunately had no issues for Zoom meetings.

Beautiful weekend in Asheville. Hiking, Concert at Rabbit Rabbit, eating, drinking and relaxing. Great location. A stones throw to New Belgium brewing and the river front walking trails. Modern studio apartment, that was well stocked with: dishes, glasses, and all your kitchen needs. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I’ll rebook for our next visit to Asheville.

Great dog-friendly place to stay! We stayed during the week in August and thought it was a great experience. The place had a dog bed ready and plenty of space to relax. The location was awesome. It was easy to walk across the street to new Belgium brewery for beer and a bite to eat or take a walk along the French broad river. You can drive downtown within minutes and easily access the other sights nearby.

Great location, clean & modern accommodations & would stay here again. Just needs better Wi-Fi as the streaming tv was not usable. Great communication from the host.

Great location - walking distance to the Brewery district and across the street from the river walkway and New Belgium brewery. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary items for a complete experience, even though I did no cooking while there.

Clean and updated! Good location across from the brewery (with food trucks). Being in close proximity to the river walk was also a plus for us with our dogs. 10-15 min walk to coffee shops and restaurants in the River Arts District and about a 30 min walk (with incline) to downtown. Only downside was the walls are very thin. Could hear street noise and neighbors clearly.

I enjoyed my stay at The River Row Flats. It is located within walking distance of New Belgium Brewing and Salvage Station. The host was responsive and informative. The room was spacious and well maintained, and I stayed on the ground floor so I was able to bring my two dogs. Check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I visit Asheville.

Highly recommend River Row Flats for anyone who wants easy access to all of the features of Asheville. This past time, we were grateful for the location and access to the French Broad River. We went down to Jean Webb park everyday with our dog and had a great time playing in the water and getting a good walk in. Only 3 min from French Broad Outfitters for your canoeing and kayaking adventure needs. This location is also under 10 min from downtown, many breweries, delicious restaurants, and the Asheville Tourists field. 🙂

Great location and fantastic place to stay. We were able to bring our sweet dog and enjoy a hiking vacation with him! Location is ideal, across the street from New Belgium Brewing and the activities/food trucks there, plus a short bike ride from River Arts District and all the activities and restaurants there. Easy access to downtown area, plus all outlying areas of Asheville. Recommend!

Great place, very clean and easy to navigate to & from. I will say you can hear a bit….So if you are a complainer and don’t want to hear a baby cry, a dog bark, a door shut, people walking around, then I suggest you go elsewhere though you will miss out on a nice place to stay. Didn’t have one issue for everyone was considerate during quite hours.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was in close proximity to everything we wanted to visit, walking distance to New Belgium, and it was quiet! It was very clean & felt like a nice mix between a hotel/apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! The kitchen and layout was perfect. Our only complaints are about noise from other renters. It did not cause us to lose sleep, but we prefer more seclusion. We also did not have a lot of hot water for showers.

River Row Flats is located right in front of New Belgium Brewing company in the river arts district. There are a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks in this area of town. We really enjoyed the convenience to the dog park and the French river walking trail was great. Will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our one night stay while traveling back home after the holidays. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for 2 adults, a baby, and a dog. It can be a little noisy with cars passing by at night but it wasn’t enough to keep us awake. We would definitely stay again.

Great location near yummy food places and greenways. It’s right across from New Belgium Brewing center. The hosts were communicative and accommodating.

Can easily hear other dogs staying there and internet was spotty, however, we were out most of the day so overall, our stay went well.

This was our first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience. We intended to sequester and we could because the space had everything we needed. We just brought food and music. Great experience

Great walkable location, walked to both Asheville west side and river arts districts every day, pretty much just left the car where we were.

Comfortable bed, more kitchen than you could need, lux bath with great lighting and Kohler fixtures.

The Bad: With the water temp turned to max the temperature kept getting cooler and cooler before a shower was done, 2nd shower was ice cold. Other days we couldn't even get one shower in without taking a cold one.

If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs or similar, plenty of road noise and poor insulation between units.

We came to Asheville as part of our honeymoon and this was the absolute best spot! The host was amazing and welcoming and even provided two bottles of wine to welcome us when we arrived! Just the perfect experience, location and city! If you are thinking of coming to Asheville in the future…stay here! We will certainly be back.

Enjoyed our stay

We always enjoy our stay here. This time we were able to bring our two dogs. The place is always very clean. The kitchen is fully furnished for nights of staying in, the bed is super comfy, and coffee grains from a local coffee shop were provided as well. Nancy is very responsive for any questions. We plan to be back.

This is a perfectly located stay between Asheville and West Asheville. It was also perfect for our dog! We highly recommend it! And the property manager is totally on top of everything.

River Row Flats was a perfect location for our Asheville trip! It's easy to get to the Blue Ridge Parkway and to downtown. It's also across from New Belgium brewery and lots of places to walk to in the River Arts District. The place was very comfortable and great for our pups!

The river row flats are in a great location and our host was super responsive. We even had some local chocolates in our room that were so good, we went into town to check out the shop! Perfect dog-friendly location for a weekend in Asheville.

Perfect location! I didn't end up bringing my dog, but they are very dog friendly and room was on ground floor with a HUGE dog bed. So thoughtful. Fantastic communication, easy check in, beautiful digs. All around a perfect stay. Grateful. Thank you!

This is an amazing spot to stay! Walking distance to a few restaurants, we loved white duck taco shop, and a close drive to everything. Description is accurate and the room looks even better in person. Was great to be able to bring our dog with us as well! Hosts are super communicative.

Great place to stay. Modern and sleek. Plenty of space and the bed was super comfortable! Our dog settled down easily and the dog amenities outside were easy to access and worked very well for us. Communication from the property manager was seamless, she answered any and all questions quickly. There is a little bit of road noise but nothing that kept us awake at night. Overall we enjoyed it and the location is great for accessing downtown.

First the good: very clean, modern, great location. Kitchen was fully stocked, linens and towels are top quality. Great access to all the arts district and downtown in general, has to offer. Now the not so good: Be aware this entire building (from what I could tell) is basically a conglomeration of pet friendly Airbnb’s. So even though we didn’t bring a dog, the unit right beside us decided to bring their VERY LOUD, stressed out barking dogs with them. They then decided to leave their pets and stay out until about midnight. I called the manager who reached out to them but after waiting an hour or so and the dogs were still going crazy, I called back. Finally the barking stopped and I got to sleep around midnight. The next day I texted the manager to ask if this was going to be an issue again tonight. She said she had called and texted them last night but wasn’t able to reach them. Since there is a zero noise policy, she was going to get in touch with them and ask them to leave. I texted her late in the afternoon and she said they told her they didn’t get any of her texts or calls the night before but they assured her it wouldn’t be a problem this night. For this reason, the manager allowed them to stay. Of course I didn’t believe they would take care of the dogs but they in fact did. The manager followed up with me later that night to ask if there were any issues with noise to which I responded there wasn’t. So yes the problem was corrected but our first night was pretty miserable. We also had a problem with about 8-10 baby centipedes crawling in under the door (we were on the first floor). If you don’t like creepy crawlies, this could be a problem but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I wanted to let others know that since this entire complex is dog friendly, you really should be prepared for the possibility of loud barking dogs.

We loved our stay at River Row Flats. We are so thankful that we were able to bring our dog to this first floor apartment. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and all of the linens were clean and smelled fresh. This apartment is close to many different restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the convenience of the biking and walking trails close by! We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Location was perfect. I lived in Asheville about 6 yrs ago and this was a short trip back to see friends. This Airbnb was great - all descriptions 100% accurate. Clean and comfortable and central spot to enjoy the breweries, river arts district, coffee shops and downtown

This studio was great! Very clean, pleasant space. In a cool part of town, near the river with a trail to exercise and some breweries and restaurants. About a 25-30 min walk to main downtown area. Very responsive / helpful hosts. We would definitely stay here again with our dog!

Great place to stay. Convenient to popular designations such as the Biltmore, Blue Ridge parkway, arts district, downtown, etc. Although the brewery view was daunting at first, it does offer a few things: the evening beer garden experience, the river walking path and a stop for the hop on hop off trolley. Rooms are clean and the full kitchen is nice. TV experience is based on streaming and could be improved.

Great place to stay in West Asheville! Nancy, the property manager, was super nice & communicative. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was excellent - right across the street from New Belgium Brewery. We brought our small pup and she was right at home. Great landscaping too — blueberry bushes were not quite ready for picking when we were there.

This location is fantastic. Great place for those with dogs to stay as there is a great walk + loop to take them out on along the river.

What a great place to stay! Large, new studio apartment in a great location. All new and very comfortable. We spent 4 days and always felt close to anywhere we were going. If you’re a fan of New Belgium Brewing, it is right across the street with a great park area and riverwalk. Highly recommend for your stay in Asheville!

This was our second time staying at River Row Flats. This is the only place I will be staying from this point on. The location is perfect and a short Uber ride to downtown and West Asheville. The bed was so comfortable. Normally after 4 days in a hotel bed, I’m dying to get back home to my own. This felt like home. There was a fully stocked kitchen, for those days that we felt like cooking at the room. The decor is beautiful and makes me feel like we’re staying in a swanky downtown hotel. Can’t wait to return!

Great location! It is clean, cute, and the host is quick to respond! The TV had some connectivity issues but the host was quick to help us get it sorted. There is street traffic that is audible, however, for the price and location worth it! Overall great stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is right across from New Belgian Brewing Company, so if your thirsty you are close. Also it's easy to access a walking trail right outside the condo. We have a small dog and appreciate the fact that he can come with us!
