Studio King Suite with Kitchen | 301

Everything about the place was great just a little bit of issue about the air-conditioning unit being on top of the unit and it making a revving type of sound that was continuous. Air-conditioning was great and the place was really pleasant and everything else was as it says and really close to new Belgium into everything that we wanted to do. We would stay there again! You might want to bring your own paper coffee filters in stead of using the reusable ones. This is our second stay in this complex and really like it here.

The flat was very cool, modern and updated. Really a great setup. Our only complaint, at no fault of the owner, was that this flat is on the top floor and there must be an ac unit on the roof but it sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof every time it started up - which was off and on throughout the night and kept us up, getting very little sleep all weekend. The walls are generally very thin and can hear anyone walking by outside or cars driving past, which made me thankful for the overall noise ordinance with the complex - anything other than people moving around the complex or cars going by would have been a disaster.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Our room was clean and spacious. The location is fantastic if you want to explore the River Arts District. The only complaint we had was the level of noise and vibrations from the A/C units. Our room was on the top floor, and it appeared that all of the A/C units were housed directly above our room on the roof, so I imagine this is not an issue for the other rooms.

Very new and clean studio. High ceiling, spacious design, convenient to the River Arts District. Walls a little thin. Walk to Burger Bar for a drink and a chill vibe but don't let the name fool you, they don't actually serve burgers.

Loved the location. The unit was inviting and very spacious. There is some noise from the traffic and the ac/heat unit but overall the experience and price were great!

Nice clean, well stocked accommodations. Good location, within walking distance of the River Arts District. Right across the street from the New Belgium brewery which was great except a couple mornings when the truck beeping started very early.

Amazing location and beautiful inside! We were so happy with the location of the Airbnb it was about 5 minute drive to everything! Perfect to walk to the New Belgium Brewery. It was a little difficult to get Ubers overall in Asheville, so make sure you leave plenty of time. We can’t wait to come back to Asheville and stay here again.

This place is perfect for couples. It’s two minutes from everything you’ll want to do yet secluded just enough. We definitely would stay again!

Loved our stay at river row flats and can’t wait to come back! It was within walking distance to many restaurants and we loved that it was right by the walking path along the river. We never had any issues finding parking the place was immaculately clean. I was nervous about the previous reviews mentioning loud noises but we didn’t hear a thing and slept great.

The Mount Mitchell room was spacious and clean and perfect for a weekend getaway in Asheville. Also located in a wonderful spot in the river arts district; walkable /rideable / drivable! Def recommend.

Stay away from unit 301. The extremely noisy AC located on roof kept us until I called the property manager to complain. She moved us to another unit which was quiet. Contrary to what the listing says, this unit is EXTREMELY noisy and feels like a semi truck running in your backyard.

Perfect venue! Close proximity to downtown. Easy check in/check out. Definitely recommend!

Prepare yourselves for a treat. Top Floor. Great view! Super clean and open. It feels like home. Don't let this space keep you from enjoying the mountain. But definitely enjoy the space. Parking wasn't bad this weekend! The open flow in the space allowed for easy communication without being on top of each other. This space made our trip worth it! We will be back!!! Enjoy your stay!

Very easy to get evetywhere from the apartment. It is on the 3rd floor so pack light! Only negative we found was the A/C unit made a weird droning sound. Even with yours off you could hear it coming from the rooms next to you. Other than that it was a great space!

Clean place and very comfortable. Great price for what you get. Location is good; not in the middle of the action, but close enough. Really easy check-in and out. Love the bathroom and layout. Quiet spot.

Overall, 5 stars!!. The property manager, Nancy, is super nice and replies quickly if you have questions. Excellent location. A 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville on a weekday. 2-3 minutue drive to the River Street Art District. The room itself was spacious and amazing. The full kitchen was a plus. The bed was super soft. The brewery across the street was a plus too. The only downside was a rumbling noise that came from it at night. But it wasn't a deal breaker. We'll be back!

Awesome location right next to the brewery.

We came to visit Asheville to mountain bike and see a concert at Salvage Station. This BnB is only a 15 minute walk to the venue, White Duck Tacos, and right across the street from New Belgium Brewery. Check in was simple, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked great. We'll definitely stay here again!

This place was AWESOME! The pictures are very accurate. It is well decorated, clean, and temperature controls were great. The bathroom is also quite large.

The location cannot be beat! It is a 5 minute walk to the River Art path and about a 25 minute walk to South Slope breweries. Also, very close to the highway (but you cannot hear it). Though we did not go to the brewery across the street, it was a nice view!

There was also complimentary coffee and chocolate from local businesses, which was a great surprise.

The bed was very comfortable. Other reviews mentioned a periodic rumbling noise. I definitely heard it, but it was more white noise than anything. It did not bother us one bit.

The only issue we ran into was with the wifi, but I think this was because many of the other rooms were being used, so there was a lot of traffic on wifi.

Nancy, the property manager, was very responsive.

Overall, this was a great stay! I would highly recommend staying here.

Our unit was exactly as described, modern and clean. Views from the unit/building aren’t the best (a bit industrial), but the proximity to downtown/attractions is quite desirable. Booking and check-in could not have been smoother.

These flats are amazing. My unit overlooked the old brewery. The room was well appointed... comfy bed, nice kitchen, spacious bathroom.

The host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I’d easily recommend this host and units for anyone needing to stay in Asheville.

Lovely space, but bikers beware. We really enjoyed the room and its location. Fairly quiet considering it's across the street from a brewery. The room was clean, and we really liked the full kitchen. However, we brought bikes and left them locked to the apartment's bike rack because we didn't want to lug them up to our 3rd floor room. However, one of our bikes was stolen on our second night. Next time, we'll bring our bikes into our room. That was the only negative to our stay.

Great place with modern design. We had one of the two third floor apartments with a high ceiling and a wall of windows. The view is of the working section of the brewery and I found it fascinating.

Very clean and roomy space. Communication was great and check in was easy. Plenty of parking near the building and a very close drive to downtown. The only thing that was unexpected was the noise from the Brewery across the street. It can be hard for me to get to sleep with background noise and there is a constant vibration noise in the background that you can hear from the room. Otherwise, this space was terrific and a great value!

Our stay was great! While a few reviews mentioned the heater/HVAC noise in the third floor unit, the actual decibel was a bit under emphasized. For anyone who is a light sleeper, this is probably not the best choice of stay. Overall clean and a great location with stylish decor!

Modern and spacious for a studio with a huge ceiling. Great location. This unit is under some noisy HVAC equipment for the building, and could disrupt sleep.
