We had a wonderful stay at River Row Flats. It was a very walkable location with many sidewalks and trails in the neighborhood which was ideal for dog owners. Nancy was easy to get in touch with and super helpful when we needed some assistance.

River Row Flats was in a great location in the arts district. Close to many breweries, the path, and lovely restaurants/breweries in west Asheville. Quick Lyft or drive to downtown. 10/10 would reccomend to others!

We had an amazing time here! the location was great and only a short drive no matter where we went. we will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time here! Great location! It's a studio like room with everything you need. Blackout curtains. Potty spot for the dog. Very friendly and helpful manager. I can't think of a reason not to stay here.

Brewery was a short walk and we could a great off leash park a few minutes drive.

Great stay for a few days in Asheville! Super close to both the River Arts District and downtown, which have great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend checking out the "South Slope" if you're into the local breweries (Burial was awesome)- this is only a couple miles away.

The airbnb is across from New Belgium Brewing Co. which gives an industrial-feel to the surroundings. The studio was the perfect size for a couple, felt similar to staying in a hotel (without having to physically check in). You can hear other guests occasionally, but we are familiar with apartment living so it didn't bother us. I would definitely stay here again!

My family's stayed here twice and we've really enjoyed it. It's walkable to the greenway, New Belgium, and the Arts District. Downtown is a five-minute drive.

There is hardly a better location for an Asheville visit. 5 minutes to downtown, and even less to venues and the art district. Oh, and right across the street from an incredible brewery, the French Broad River, and a path to walk or ride a bike? Yes, please!

we have stayed here many times, since this space was seemingly relatively new and I nevr even bother looking at other options every time we visit AVL, which is usually 2x a year now - we even got engaged in AVL. love the city and love this space. we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We always stay in River Row Flats when we come to Asheville! It’s such an easy access point to all things Asheville! We love the short drive (or walk) down to the river to play with our sweet labradoodle each day. The River Arts District is gorgeous and getting in and out of places is fairly simple (especially in vehicles smaller than our Ram lol). Thanks for making another visit to Asheville an easy and uncomplicated one!

This is a great spot if you’re looking to check out Asheville. Right across the street from New Belgium, walking distance to a couple great spots, short drive to everything else.

A great place to stay in Asheville. The location was extremely convenient with easy access to New Belgium across the street, just a short walk or drive to downtown, and quick and easy drives for hiking. The room was clean and wonderfully appointed, and we really appreciated how dog friendly the space was. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay.

The flat was perfect for a weekend getaway or if staying for several weeks on business. Our pet felt comfortable and welcomed by a comfy bed and outside area. Walking distance to the river, New Belgium, and the greenway. Minutes to several quaint areas.

Can’t say enough nice things about our stay with River Row Flats. It was a terrific location and very comfortable with our pets. Will definitely be back for another stay!

Location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was clean. Wish there had been a better supplied kitchen. Ice maker didn’t work. Plan to take dishwasher soap and garbage bags. The coffee maker was fine, just small. Nice electric tea kettle. The laundry facilities on-site charge to use the washer and dryer - that was very disappointing to us. Would stay again, but want to try a floor other than the first floor and won’t plan to do laundry.

Squeaky clean studio with a hotel room feel. Comfy mattress and nice, large bathroom. Within walking distance of New Belgium Brewery and the River Arts district. Quiet. Nice accomodation for a weekend. We brought our dog and there was a little "dog area" with clean up bags.

We loved the spot. Quiet with only 12 rooms but also close enough to the downtown action. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the convenience of the location! Definitely take advantage of the proximity to the walking trails around the river. It's a quick and easy walk to all the studios, shops, restaurants and breweries!
This was a nice studio, plenty of room for 2 people to enjoy. We loved that this stay was pet friendly, they even included a pet bed to make our dog feel welcomed.

Great stay in an awesome location if you want to check out West Asheville, River Arts District and Downtown. 20 minute walk to great dinner and breakfast options. This stay also includes a full kitchen in case you want to cook your own meals. Would stay again!

Nice, clean place with a convenient location. Right across the street from New Realm brewery and a 5 minute drive to River Arts district, shops and great food. Easy access to walk the river.

Room is as you’d expect from the price. Location is good and room was large. Not the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in but it was fine. Wifi was not great and we weren’t able to use Netflix etc without it either disconnecting or buffering often.

Perfect location right outside of downtown but only an 8 dollar Uber to get to all the 7 and bars. Really clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary vaca items!!!

We enjoyed our stay at River Row Flats. The space is clean and comfortable and worth the value. For location, as far as walking to things, it is a great spot. Right across the street from New Belgium and an easy walk to the River Arts District. We love staying in this part of Asheville and so this rental was very convenient.

That being said, there were a few downsides to this particular flat. It is on the first floor, which isn’t bad in itself and is perfect for those looking for accessibility, but you get a lot of commotion outside of your doors because if it. All the windows and doors are frosted, so you can’t see the outdoors at all and you start to feel a little claustrophobic while inside. Also, you can’t open the door to the front of the loft that should open to a little patio, which adds to the claustrophobic feeling. Parking is very tight and not guaranteed.

All in all I think this is a good place to stay. You come to Asheville to enjoy Asheville and the outdoors, after all, and this is in a great location.

Wonderful place to stay. VERY easy to get downtown or West Asheville. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Check in and communication was first rate. If you’re a light sleeper, please note that you can hear the running around by the neighbors above you. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in this apartment for a night while passing through Asheville. The property manager was very responsive and the place was very clean and comfortable. The location is super close to most things! The only complaints we had were the guests above us were making quite a lot of noise until midnight and the front door would not open. Other than that, a great place!
