I love how clean and comfortable this stay is! This was my third visit in this complex and it’s a great location!

Booked a last minute night in Asheville here. It was perfect spot for us. Basically right across the street from New Belgium as well. The place was very clean. Would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay and lots of stuff to walk to. The only downside is the road noise and the really bright street lights that come in at night.

My stay was great! The apartment was clean and freshly stocked with everything I needed to feel at home. I was within walking distance of a brewery and food truck and the area felt safe. I was also able to check in earlier than expected and I highly recommend this spot if you want a comfortable place to unwind after exploring West Asheville and the River Arts District!

Overall, this property matched the description perfectly. It is an entire property that is pet friendly, it’s beautiful with a great floor plan and great location. It looks just like the photos and the host is quick to respond.

**We stayed on the first floor and it was loud. If you have someone above you, you will be able to hear them walking back and forth.**

This was a great place for our one night in town for a concert. Had just enough and not too much. Clean and comfortable.

Great spot especially for our dogs!! Walking them around the river was lovely. Some of the reviews said the place was loud and didn’t have enough parking. We didn’t notice any noise and if the lot was full there was free on street parking right out front. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place close to downtown Asheville.

This place was great, everything was clean and organized. It looks just like the pictures. The walls were a little thin, but it wasn’t a problem since we were out most of the day. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place! Everything was clean and it had just what we needed. Very quiet location and easy parking.

Great place to stay! Will definitely be back. Only complaints would be the street noise and the noise from people walking above you. Also the shower door didn’t have a bottom track so water would get out of the shower very easily and the provided bath mat kept getting stuck on the door. The whole lot was full at night but was never a problem for us as we walked most places and were back before parking became a problem. Overall it was a good Airbnb and had everything we needed, including a dog bed.

We brought our dogs up to Asheville for a quick weekend trip and couldn’t have made a better decision on a stay. It’s right across from a brewery on the river along with a serene river walk. Walk a little further and there’s spots to eat and plenty of places to hang out. We didn’t venture far from that area. The Airbnb was super clean, modern, and spacious which made it even better. We will 100% stay there again and will recommend to others any day!

The River Row Flats are immaculate and accessible. Perfect for visiting Asheville. The host is very friendly and welcoming. We loved staying here.

My only frustration is that it is not well insulated, so you can hear the other tenants really easily. The people above us were pretty loud, which made sleeping a difficult at times.

We had an amazing time . Are dog needing to travel with us was our biggest issue and this place was amazing and could accommodate us and him . It was near everything and right across from a brewery . Clean and comfortable . Will return .

My husband and I have stayed at River a row 5 or 6 times and it never disappoints! Location is amazing, we brought our dog this time and the room was very similar to the non-pet friendly rooms.

Great unit in a good location with restaurants, a brewery, blues music venue, and art shops in walking distance. Very clean and everything is new. Easy parking. Pets are welcome. Units could be better sound proofed as we heard a lot from the unit above but we spent most of our time out and about so it was not much of an issue. I would recommend to others.

We loved our stay at River Row Flats! Our room was very clean, spacious and gorgeous. Located directly across the street from New Belgium Brewing and within walking distance of the River Arts District. Short drive to all the restaurants and shops downtown. I highly recommend this Loft for your stay in beautiful Asheville!

Such a great location close to everything and even has a nice paved walking trail by the river connected to the sidewalk out front. The kitchen was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Proximity to River Arts District and downtown is great. Flat was very clean and comfortable. Check-in / check-out a breeze. A little road noise during the day but not an issue at night. Would definitely rent again.

Great pet friendly location close to New Belgium Brewery, River Arts, and downtown. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows; however, the bed is low and may be difficult for some people to get out of easily. We had an issue with one of the doors not locking properly. After one phone call it was temporarily fixed until our checkout. I would've liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove steam during shower and a larger coffee pot (had a 5 cup). Overall, great stay in Asheville, NC.

This was a great location for our stay as it’s right across from New Belgium and not far from downtown. It was the perfect space for my husband, nearly 1 year old, and myself to spend an extended weekend.

We had a great stay here in April 2022. Being on the first floor was great for taking our dog out and he loved sleeping in the bed that was provided. Very clean, nicely appointed and good location.

The owner was very accommodating and the location was perfect for a quick Uber into the city! The pull out coach was very comfortable but expect a little noise from other people in surrounding rooms though. Overall a very nice stay!!

This place was a great stay for our first trip to Asheville. Located right down the street from New Belgium Brewery and a little over a mile from downtown it offered us an ideal location to explore Asheville at our own pace. The unit was clean, WI-FI worked, and the stove, microwave, and dishwasher made it easy to cook some of our meals when our wallets needed a break from restaurant prices. Only thing that was less than ideal was the parking behind the building is first come first serve but if you’re not out at all hours of the night you can likely get a spot (and even if not, there is free street parking across from the units). Overall, great experience, especially for the value, would recommend.

Good location, central to a lot of great spots in the Asheville area. However, this was a 1st floor apt and we were not aware of that prior to booking. It was a very noisy apartment. Woke up every night hearing people walk around above us. We could also hear cars driving by our window all night. There were also a lot of water issues with this unit. The shower does not seal so water covered our entire bathroom floor. We had to use all the towels we were given to clean up the mess. When we brought this up, they just sent us more towels and told us to pack the towels against the door each time we showered. Also, it rained a lot when we were there and water came through every door and window. The bathroom was much more rundown than the photos led us to believe. It felt like we were staying at a cheap motel. To do it all again, we would have rather spent money on an actual hotel.

This place is in such an ideal location! You’re literally a short walk to New Belgium Brewery, Hole donuts is a few minute drive up the road, with so many other amazing restaurants and breweries near by. This place is also pet friendly and with the French Broad River right there, it was so great to be able to take our pups on a scenic walk. The place was very clean and well stocked. Our king size bed was soooo comfortable. Only negative which other reviews have mentioned is that the walls are thin. We heard the upstairs neighbor stomping around and heard the cars go by on the street. Since you’re right by New Belgium’s truck entrance, you heard all of that too. Would still come back to stay because of location!

Absolutely beautiful space and location. We had a fantastic time walking along the river walk (I believe that’s what it’s called) in the snow. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. I brought a few cooking utensils because I wanted to make stuffed shells and to my surprise everything I needed was already there! Very short distance to down town via walking.

10/10 would recommend (and am looking forward to recommending) this Airbnb!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy parking, pet friendly, nicely renovated. My friend and I were just passing through town, so unfortunately didn’t get to explore the nearby breweries, but we’d love to stay at this place again!

Beautiful studio! Everything was clean, bright, and well-equipped. We had clear communication, as promised, for check-in and felt sure that if we needed something during our stay that we could reach out (but never needed to!). We would absolutely stay again!

Great stay!

Condo was great - really spacious, clean, and quiet. It was complete with a nice bed for our dog and a little Christmas tree for the holiday. Location was fabulous- easy to drive into downtown and right next to the French Broad river trail to walk our pup and go running. River Arts District has some great coffee shops and restaurants that we could walk to as well. I plan to say here again when coming back to visit family in Asheville!

Excellent pet friendly place to stay with prime location across from New Belgium Brewery and close to a local dog park! Always clean, lovely chocolates and local coffee grounds - a home away from home. Host is also excellent and always responds very promptly with questions.

This flat was the perfect stay for our trip to Asheville! The location is conveniently located about 5 minutes from the downtown, has easy parking access, and all the amenities are perfect for a short escape. Our only regret is that we didn't bring our pup!

Many great perks about this place: the bed was COMFY as heck, which usually isn’t the case most places. The place was well equipped, great location, close to everything. Has a full kitchen if you decide to cook! Pet friendly but don’t leave your dog if they tend to bark when alone, just in consideration for your neighbors! Never had a problem with parking. Across the street from new Belgium, which you can certainly walk to!! Beautiful, upscale feel to the place!!

Cons: the walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbor snoring…not that it was a huge deal for us. Just if you’re a light sleeper. When showering, the water spills out into the floor so you’ll have to use a towel or two to clean it up, again, not a huge inconvenience.

I’d say overall the place was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay! Will definitely book again

Clean, affordable, easily accessible place to stay in Asheville. Not in the main strip, but connects downtown and the west side pretty well, and it's basically across the street from a great brewery.

We stayed at River Row Flats for two nights. The location was absolutely perfect; close enough to downtown without having to be too close, and close proximity to the highways to easily get to our hiking destinations. This apartment is perfect walking distance to New Belgium Brewery, too. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed the local chocolate and coffee left for us. We enjoyed the local coffee so much we bought a pound of it before leaving town. We didn’t have any issue with traffic noise, or noise from other guests during our stay. For a nice and comfy stay close to almost everything, I definitely recommend River Row Flats, and I would stay here again.

Great location! Easy to find and access all Asheville has to offer. Room was comfortable, clean and nice touches for amenities. They even provided a comfy dog bed for the pups. Would definitely stay here again. New Belgium is directly across the street with great walking areas for us and the dogs. We did not have any issues with sound from other neighbors besides hearing normal apt living noises.

Perfect location and perfect size for a long weekend getaway!

This place is a in a great location to check out breweries and other offerings of the River Arts District. We stopped here as a last minute booking passing through Asheville and were not disappointed. We found the comments on road noise and footsteps above to be accurate, but not overly intrusive for city living. This was our first time bringing along the family dog and were pleasantly surprised by the fresh smells and cleanliness for a place that marketed towards being pet friendly. We would have never noticed another dog had been there in the past.

This place was perfect for our recent Asheville getaway! We love New Belgium and this place is literally right across the street. It is also close to the riverfront trail which was perfect for walking our dog. I saw several reviews beforehand that mentioned the walls are thin, but we didn’t have any issues. We could hear people moving around on the floor above us, but nothing that caused any issues. We will definitely be coming back to this place in the future!

Clean and comfortable spot in a pretty good location, especially if you like beer. The brewery and Greenway are just a stone's throw away and downtown is a quick drive or medium-sized walk away. As others have noted, the walls are a bit thin and you can hear footsteps above. During the day you can also hear cars driving by as you're right next to the street. However, everything got very quiet after 9 or 10 so sleeping was never an issue.

This was in a great location especially if you are bringing your dog! We walked right out the door and enjoyed a walking trail right by the river. It’s also very easy to catch an Uber if needed. You are also a 5 minute walk from New Belgium Brewery and they are very dog friendly. I would just be weary of noise from those staying above you- if they are loud, you will be able to hear them walking around.

The apartment was in a great location, right across from New Belgium brewery and a quick drive to downtown and River Arts district. We were so happy to be able bring our dog with us. The place was very clean and we appreciated all the nice touches. We had one hiccup when we checked in but the property manager answered her phone right away and talked us through it! Overall we would highly recommend this spot to travelers!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days and loved it! Great location close to microbrews, a river walk, BBQ, and coffee shops. Nancy was really helpful and everything went really smoothly. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Asheville!

A great little apartment, not fancy but very functional. The location is good, being right across from the New Belgium brewery, just down the street from the Burger Bar and a short walk to the River District. It’s a little over a mile to the heart of downtown but easily walkable if you’re so inclined. If you’re going to use the fold-out sofa I suggest bringing an air mattress, a sleeping bag pad or something similar as the sofa bed is not the greatest. Anticipating this I brought a thin, inflatable sleeping bag pad and slipped it under the mattress.

River Row Flats was the exact location we were looking for! The location was remarkable and walkable to everything!

I suggest River Row Flats to anyone traveling with their pet. Location is great and the property layout made trips to the pet area safe and easy. We loved the space and having the brewery across the street was an awesome treat, as we could walk over and enjoy some outdoor time with the puppy with a cold beer.

Nice modern little place, clean, a little street noice but we don’t mind that and it was only occasional. I’d come back if we decide to do another Asheville trip!

River Row Flats was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway with our pups. We walked them around the River Arts District and French Broad River Park with ease and they loved every minute of it. The location is unbeatable. The space was very clean and cozy, we felt at home.

We LOVED River Row Flats! Stayed with our two dogs and my hubby and I. The location is perfectly situated between everything and is in a great spot to walk the River. The condo was super clean and stylish, and they make it very easy to have dogs on property! It was super quiet, felt like we were the only ones there. We would def stay again!

River Row Flats is located in the heart of the River District where you are minutes from downtown Asheville AND minutes from West Asheville. This is a perfect spot to set up camp while exploring all of the unique and wonderful treasures AVL has to offer.

If breweries are your thing, Fat Tire is literally across the street. If local dive bars are your flavor, Burger Bar is a short jaunt up the street.

The host was amazingly responsive and helpful; and the place was clean, stylish and inviting.

Pro Tip: Do not sleep on Gan Shan West or Biscuit Head. They are both minutes from RRF.

The stay was clean and modern and located next to a greenway for walking the pets and enjoying the arts district. I would recommend this to my friends and colleagues visiting the area!
