Clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom (e.g., cofee, tea, toothpaste etc). And the Halloween goody bag was a nice touch.

Great location and extremely walkable. The place was spotless and welcoming. They provided all the amenities you would need and the fresh local coffee was a nice bonus!

Well worth the bucks. It’s hard to find a place in Asheville with a full kitchen and stove. The coffee pot malfunctioned and Nancy had another one there in half an hour. Remarkable!

The unit is basically brand new and in great shape. Very easy to find and close enough to everything we wanted to do. Being so new the kitchen had the basics, but it would have been nice to have more plates, storage containers, and things like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The accommodations were exactly like the pictures. It was clean and quiet and close to downtown and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting Asheville.

My family and I loved our visit to River Row Flats! It was our first time back to Asheville in 10 years and it won’t be that long before the next visit. I’m glad we found a place we can visit again in the future. It’s in a great area and close to lots of things to do. Our two children had a blast and loved the flat! We enjoyed being right next to the greenway and walking distance to food and drink places.
Nancy was very helpful and responsive. She made arrival and check-in a breeze. This was our first Airbnb experience in several years and this experience did not disappoint. We’ve already told our family and friends about this awesome find and can’t wait to start planning our next trip.

We loved our stay in the Max Patch room! It was very clean and had everything we needed even extras like coffee and mouthwash! We loved it was right across the street from New Belgium Brewery. It was very close to great restaurants too!

Very clean. Great location. Toilet was plugged up when we got there. Made a phone call to the manager and she responded very quickly and got it fixed.

Nancy who is the onsite property manager is such a warm kind soul! I accidentally booked my room for one night instead of two and she was so helpful and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay here!

We had an amazing time visiting family. River Row was very central to everything. It was so clean and the bed and pillows were perfect for us. I plan on coming back and will recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Asheville.

Great spot, super close walk to new Belgium and easily walkable to arts district/river walk and west Asheville.
One mention I will make is there’s less parking spots than condos so busy weekends might be tough to find a parking spot.

River Flats was clean and well kept. It was close to many restaurants and bars. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to stay near Asheville downtown area.

River Row Flats was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay for a long weekend trip to the Asheville area. Our requirements are pretty easy: king bed, good location, reasonably priced. They delivered on all fronts.

The space was clean and all necessary amenities were provided. Check-in and check-out were easy. Host was always quick to respond via Airbnb messaging when we had questions.

We walked to New Belgium and drove/took Lyfts to every other activity we did. Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. Great location to enjoy the amazing food and beverage scene Asheville has to offer.

We would book with River Row Flats again, for sure.

Great location and space. Overall, happy with our stay though the hot water went out during the shower more than once. There is also no deadbolt or security latch on the door and housekeeping (I presume) walked in on us, unannounced and without knocking midway though our stay.

Good location, minutes drive to town and the Biltmore estate. Very quiet! Great weekend stay.

The stay at River Row Flats was great! There is a lot of great places to eat and drink around the apartment and downtown is only a short Uber ride away.

The River Row Flats were the perfect place for us during a weekend of concerts at the Salvage Station. We were able to walk do dinner, breweries and to the venue! All along the river too. Definitely recommend this spot. Super clean and has everything you need!

The space was comfortable, very conveniently located to downtown, The Biltmore and they area attractions and we found it to be very quiet. The attention to details of cleaning were a little to be desired.

Great location and host! Any issue that we had was quickly resolved by the host who had great clear communication. Before we even arrived the communication was amazing and detailed.
Also the location was perfect, quick Uber to downtown but also a quick walk to restaurants and of course the brewery across the street was nice. Will definitely stay again in the future.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay in Asheville. This Airbnb was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Extraordinarily clean, great parking, and right across the street from a brewery! An absolutely delightful experience!!!

Super Clean and comfortable. The manager is quick to reply and very helpful. Good restaurants within walking distance and a lovely trail runs along the river. We highly recommend.

The space was very nice and clean. The best feature was the heated light in the bathroom. I received responses in a timely manner from the host.

The location is hard to beat. You're a five minute drive to downtown and walking distance or if you want to bike around the River Arts District this place is literally perfect. Space was perfect, clean and all modern.

The only minor thing was that you're right across from the New Belgium distribution site where all the trucks are coming and going. Can be a tad bit noisy at night but def nothing that can ruin your time or alter the time, just something to note!

Really cute, nice, clean apartment with everything we needed. We had a few small issues pop up and Nancy was so responsive and easy to get ahold of.

My only knock is this is not as walkable to downtown as I was hoping. It’s about 1-1.5 miles (which we would usually walk easily) but because of the location and terrain walking isn’t a great option. We visited in March 2021 so I assume when New Belgium is open that makes for a different vibe on this side of the river, and Ubers more readily available. Having said that, the drive to downtown is quick (5 min or less) and public parking is cheap.
